A licensed bodyman, Wes Penny was employed by a major insurance company for over twenty-eight years. He started as an Appraiser and moved up to the position of National Physical Damage Manager. During his career in the insurance industry, Wes carried out appraisals on all types of automobiles including antique and classic cars, boats, recreational vehicles and motor homes as well as heavy vehicles and equipment. He managed a large auto claims drive in centre and was responsible for handling difficult claims and the settlement of total losses. Wes has completed numerous I-CAR courses on automobile repair as well as various supervisory and management courses. Familiar with ADP and Mitchell Estimating Systems.
